Free shipping, Australia-wide

Every order ships free. No minimum, no exceptions, no surprise charge at checkout. The price on the product page is the price you pay.

Pre-orders: the first production run

Boards from the first run ship from the week of 5 October 2026. If you order before then, you're reserving one from that run.

We'll email you as soon as your board is dispatched, with tracking and an estimated delivery date. If the run is delayed for any reason, we'll email you before your expected ship date rather than leave you wondering — and you can cancel for a full refund at any point before dispatch.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Your dispatch email contains the tracking number and a link to follow it.

Where we ship

Australia only, for now. Every state and territory, metro and regional. We're not shipping internationally yet.

Something gone wrong?

If your board hasn't arrived when the tracking says it should have, or it turns up damaged, use our contact form with your order number. Damaged in transit means a replacement, no return needed — see our returns page.
